I am debating whether or not to clean up my gallery. As in...deleting/updating a lot of my older photos because of their less-than stellar quality, or just the fact that they kind of suck a lot. I've always been one to want to keep my first photos public just because I think it shows where I started and how much I've improved, but I'm not sure now. Lately, I feel lacking as a photographer and maybe cleaning up my gallery would give me a boost? I'm not sure. I know no one really comments on my journals like..ever, but if you could give me an opinion that would be lovely.
I will be on a trip with my marching band to Washington DC for the inauguration. Unfortunately, we weren't one of the chosen few to march in the actual parade. Normally there are about 400-500 bands from the entire country that apply to march, and this year there were over 1400, so it was stiff competition. I'm just excited to be GOING, period. We will be playing at the Arlington Cemetery, President's park, and participating in the Changing of the Guard. Needless to say, I will be coming home with (hopefully) a ton of new photos to upload, seeing as how I'm historian in band, and my gallery is mega-lacking lately.
